Maternity, Paternity, Parental, Adoption & Shared Parental Leave

 The Board’s officers were approached by members of staff and asked to review the current Maternity & Paternity policy. A thorough review of the policy was conducted and a number of similar authorities were included within the review to offer a comparison. These authorities included  Water Level Manage Alliance, Bedford Borough Council, East Hertfordshire Council, Environment Agency, Civil Service, The Parks Trust.
