At Black Cat roundabout take A421 – signposted Bedford.  Stay on dual carriageway for approximately 5 miles following signs to Milton Keynes A421.  After crossing river at next junction leave dual carriageway.  Take 4th exit on roundabout – Cardington Road.  At next roundabout take 1st exit.  At next roundabout turn right on to Cambridge Road.  The Boards’ office, Cambridge House, is the last office building on the right before residential properties.

At Sandy Motel roundabout turn left and over river bridge turn right on to A603 – signposted Bedford.Travel through the villages of Moggerhanger and Willington. At major junction take 3rd exit on to Cardington Road then follow instructions as above.

Take A421 signposted Bedford. At Marston Moretaine, straight ahead at roundabout; 2nd exit. At next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Cambridge. At next roundabout take 2nd exit on to dual carriageway. Leave dual carriageway at the A600 junction signposted Shefford. At top of exit ramp turn left. After 200m at roundabout (Turnpike Public House) take 3rd exit on to Cambridge Road. Cambridge House is the 1st office block on left.
